As the school year comes to an end the spring and summertime activities ramp up sometimes to a feverish pace. Keeping track of events, who is where and when, not to mention notes that need to be passed to family members can get hectic. This simple, quick, and super cute craft will not only spruce up your home but it can serve as a command central note taking area.
What you will need:
1 can of chalk paint
1 old frame
Spray paint of any color
Crackle spray paint
1 sanding block (to buff the edges)
What you will do:
Paint wall with chalk paint. While you’re waiting for that to dry get your old frame and spray the base color and let dry. Once the base color is dry spray the crackle paint on top. Make sure you apply a good amount on. The more paint you apply the more crackle you will have. After the crackle has dried and cracked sand any edges you would like to see the base color stand out. And you’re done!
